Welcome to the Cross Church website!
 
We are located in the Village of Cross, Port of Ness, in the beautiful Island of Lewis in the Western Isles of Scotland. Our church is situated right in the heart of the community of Ness and in a similar way the Cross of Jesus Christ is absolutely central to our faith as a Christian community. The Cross where Jesus died is the greatest hope for the world as it opened up the way to a personal relationship with God.

Come to any of our services where you can hear more how you can have peace with God through Jesus Christ and you are guaranteed a warm welcome.

The New Website

Our website has just gone live and we hope that you will find some useful resources here that will be of benefit to you.

The main features in the site so far are:

1. A gallery of photographs.  We hope you will find the galleries interesting and over the coming weeks and months we will be extending the number of photographs available for viewing.

2. A church diary. All the up and coming events related to the church will be recorded within the diary and will keep you up to date with whats happening.

3. Sermons. Although this page exists, it contains no content as yet but it is our intention to have a number of Gaelic and English sermons available to listen to online or you will be able to download them as mp3 files which you can play locally.

4. Articles. There is a lot happening in our community and in our country, so watch this space as we write some regular articles on relevant issues of our day.
